Project Management Office

The UCCS OIT Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the oversight, execution, and delivery of technology-based projects in support of UCCS's mission and strategic goals.

The PMO drives consistent portfolio and project management practices for the Office of Information Technology (OIT), enabling project leaders to successfully deliver initiatives with technical components. Project managers work with stakeholders and OIT personnel to ensure that IT projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

While the PMO supports the successful management of IT projects through the  application of leading project management practices, we also recognize that all projects are different and may require an adaptable approach to meet the client's needs.
