OIT Departments & Units
Business Intelligence
The UCCS Business Intelligence team offers the following services to faculty and staff:
- Data Mining
- Data Modeling & Architecture

Information Security
Under the general direction of the CIO, the Information Security Office (ISO) is responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive information security and privacy program for UCCS.
Project Management Office
The UCCS OIT Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the oversight, execution, and delivery of technology-based projects in support of UCCS's mission and strategic goals.
Service Desk
The UCCS Service Desk offers the following support to students, faculty, and staff.
- Walk-up Support
- Computer Builds
- Equipment Lockers
- Procurement Services
Telecom
Telecom, an Office of Information Technology subdivision, provides UCCS with telecommunication technologies and services, including the university switchboard and campus phone directory.
Web Services
The UCCS Web Services team offers support for the following areas:
- Drupal and WordPress Websites
- Custom Web Applications
- Mobile Applications
- Web Servers
- Website Accessibility
Wireless
The UCCS Wireless team supports all campus wireless networks, including campus housing and the campus VPN.
