Service Desk's Current Operations
Walk-ups: The Service Desk windows will be open for walk-ups during our posted hours. An appointment is not required. Please follow social distancing guidelines while visiting the Service Desk.
Computer Builds: If you are planning to visit the Service Desk to drop off a computer to be built please complete a Computer Build request in the Self Service portal first. This will help make the process of dropping off a computer quick and easy. If you need any assistance completing the request please contact the OIT Service Desk to speak with a technician.
At this time, computer builds are quoted as taking up to two business weeks to process. This timeframe will be updated as we gather more information.
Lockers: The Service Desk lockers will continue to be offered as a way to drop off and pick up equipment after-hours and on the weekends.
Procurement: Global supply chain issues are affecting the procurement of computers and most peripherals. Updated information will be posted here.
