Suggested Computers for Students
Students are not required, but are recommended, to bring a computer with them to UCCS. The following are recommendations for those who choose to do so. If you do bring a personal computer to UCCS, please be aware that some curricula require more powerful computer. Please check with the college of your field of study for their hardware and software recommendations. UCCS has numerous open computer labs to support studying, homework, and research needs.

Support for assistance in purchasing is available during posted help desk hours.
The help desk does provide limited assistance with software issues affecting personally owned devices. We may also be able to provide preliminary diagnostics in the event of hardware issues.
