Department Accounts

UCCS Department Accounts allow Faculty, Staff, and Student Employee members of the campus access to the UCCS Email (Office 365 Server) Account.

  • Features

    Department account credentials (consists of department account's username and password) are used to access the following online tools/ features:

    Faculty and Staff.

  • What Do I Need To Get This Service?

    Please login (using your UCCS Account) the following link: Cherwell Self-Service, and click on 'Account Request (Exception Account)'.

  • How Long Does It Take To Get This Service?

    The Department Account request will be sent to the OIT Service Desk and reviewed. Please allow up to 3 business days for this process.

  • When Is Support Available For This Service?

  • How Do I Change Or Stop This Service?

    The Department Account will be set to expire once a year. The owner of the account will be notified via their UCCS Email and with instructions on how to renew the Department Account before it expires and is closed. For further assistance please contact the OIT Service Desk.
