OITAV
Beginning April 12, 2021, all requests for Academic Support or Audio/Visual (A/V) related questions should now be routed to oitav@uccs.edu.This general mailbox acts similarly to helpdesk@uccs.edu, but is for Academic Support and A/V related questions, and automatically creates a ticket. Please do not reach out to the team individually as this will skew the metrics our team is working on gathering.
Open Enrollment
The University of Colorado’s Open Enrollment period for the 2021-22 plan-year runs from April 19 - May 7. This three-week period is your chance to assess how well your current medical, dental, or vision coverages meet your needs and make changes. For additional information, Employee Services has provided a virtual course that walks through the benefits offered, changes to the plans, and additional ways to help save money with pre-tax health savings options.
ClydeBot
On Monday, April 12, 2021, ClydeBot will officially be joining the OIT family. ClydeBot is the Help Desk chatbot and can be found on the Help Desk and OIT webpages.

OIT is excited to announce our new UCCS Virtual Labs!
The new UCCS Virtual Labs are designed to provide remote cloud access to on-campus-style lab systems that run both common office applications and licensed software. Our goal for this environment is to make distinct labs dedicated to different collections of specialized software, making course-required applications easily accessible to students and faculty from anywhere in the world!
We are currently in the pilot phase of our release and are looking for input and volunteers to help develop this into a robust and useful service for the campus. For more information on our pilot program, how you can help test, or how to get your class involved, visit our Virtual Labs Pilot page.
