Benefits Open Enrollment has begun! You can change your benefits until May 8.
There are four updates this year:
- CVS Caremark Pharmacies will manage member pharmacy benefits for Anthem CU Health Plans.
- A new tool will help you make plan changes more easily.
- Maximum out-of-pocket expenses will increase for certain medical plans.
- Monthly plan costs will increase an overall 2.2% with many plan costs remaining unchanged.
Learn more about these updates on the CU open enrollment site.
Checkouts for Chromebooks, hotspots, and iPads are now available through a self-service process. A locker system has been installed on the second floor of the Gateway Hall Parking Garage, outside of the Public Safety Office’s backdoor.
All requests will be fulfilled in the order they were received
Eight requests can be fulfilled at a time
Further communication and pick-up instructions will be sent through your submitted ticket/s
We will be assigning pick-up windows, on Mondays only, to encourage social distancing. If the time assigned to you does not work, let us know as soon as possible to determine if alternate arrangements can be made
If the device is not picked up within the designated time slot, your request will be moved to the end of the queue
The Help Desk cannot accept requests through email, chat, or phone call; all requests must be done through the request form
Other equipment may be added to this process at a later date.
Devices are assigned on a first-come/first-serve basis. To reserve your device, you may complete the request form by signing into Cherwell and selecting Device Checkout Request under Personal Computing.
Zoom on over to WebEx - UCCS' preferred and supported Video-Conferencing platform.
WebEx is free and available to UCCS Faculty, Staff, and Students. Like Zoom, WebEx features the ability to view 25 participants on one screen, supports phone call-ins, and screen sharing. Unlike Zoom, WebEx offers more attendees, is supported by campus OIT and recordings are stored in the cloud.
More information about WebEx and easy to follow steps can be found online. Questions should be directed to the Help Desk.
