Uses your UCCS account information to authenticate to various services

The desk may assist you at your request in scheduling a work order, after an Incident has been created, to pick up and/or deliver the machine: you must be in your office and answer your phone 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot.

    • Due to scheduling conflicts, a work order must be created through phone call or chat. Please reference your Incident number at the time of request.
  • Who May Use This Service?

This service can only be applied to a computer that has been purchased with University funds or is owned by the University.

  • How Do I Get Started?

Go to our Self Service Site and choose "Computer Build". This form will ask you for all the information required to apply our image in the way you want. The system will then email you with an Incident Number which you can bring to the Service Desk along with the computer to be built.

  • How Long Does It Take To Get This Service?

Builds are expected to take about 2 weeks, but frequently take less.

Please note: this time frame can be expected to take longer if technical difficulties are encountered.

Computers must have a UEFI BIOS, support Secure Boot, and have a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip. Computers that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Any computer that is newly purchased will have all of these features. Most computers produced after 2015 should have these features as well. If you are unsure if your computer can be supported, please contact the Service Desk during posted hours.
