Uses your UCCS account information to authenticate to different services
The desk may assist you at your request in scheduling a work order, after an Incident has been created, to pick up and/or deliver the machine: you must be in your office and answer your phone 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
- Due to scheduling conflicts, a work order must be created through phone call or chat. Please reference your Incident number at the time of request.
Who May Use This Service?
This service can only be applied to a computer that is owned by the university.
How Do I Get Started?
Go to our Self Service Site and choose "Computer Build". This form will ask you for all the information required to apply our image in the way you want. The system will then email you with an Incident Number which you can bring to the Help Desk along with the computer to be built.
How Long Does It Take To Get This Service?
It takes 2-3 business days for our build process.
