Adobe Acrobat Pro is a desktop application that allows you to view, create, print and manage files in PDF format. The licensed Pro version of this application allows you to manipulate existing PDF files, and integrates directly with your Document Cloud and Adobe Sign.
Adobe Sign (evolved from EchoSign) is a cloud-based e-signature service that lets you send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. It is part of the Adobe Document Cloud suite of services.

The Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Sign DC licenses are assigned to faculty and staff when they are hired. Student Employee (ST) accounts can have a license assigned by request through the OIT Service Desk.
Students can access this software in select labs throughout campus.

How Do I Get Started?How Do I Get Started?
Upon hire, you can start using Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign DC immediately. For student employee access, complete a form to request your license.
Please Note:- You must log in to access the form using your UCCS account.
- It may take up to 48 hours after your request is approved for the license to be applied by Adobe.
- You may request Acrobat Pro licenses for student employees on their behalf. Student employees must have an ST Account, we cannot assign a license to a student's personal account.
- Your UCCS account credentials are required to use this application once licensed.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC which provides PDF creation and manipulation tools, cloud storage and the ability to complete Sign requests that you have received from others.
Adobe Sign tools allow you to convert a normal PDF into a signed document, then request, track, and manage documents throughout the signing process.
