Calendaring provides the ability to schedule events, reminders, appointments, or create reservations inside of a personal calendar. You also have the ability to share information with others within UCCS.

- Share various calendars with different permissions
- Customize alerts and reminders
- Schedule reoccurring events, such as meetings
- Invite others to meeting times
Who May Use This Service?
Faculty, Staff and Students can all use calendaring.
What Do I Need To Get This Service?
An active UCCS email account.

How Do I Get Started?
Your personal calendar is automatically created upon the creation of your UCCS Email Address.
Room Calendars can be requested by contacting the help desk by email, phone or in person.
How Long Does It Take To Get This Service?
The calendar is available once you are able to log into your UCCS Email account.
When Is Support Available For This Service?

How Do I Change Or Stop This Service?
Your personal calendar will no longer be available once your UCCS account is made inactive or deleted.
