OneDrive is a cloud storage solution that allows for users to upload up to 1TB of information. The information stored in this system is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection and can be shared with others for collaboration. Log into your OneDrive with your UCCS username and password.

Access to your OneDrive account is removed when you are no longer an active UCCS Student, Staff or Faculty.
Time Periods to Get Your OneDrive Data:
- Students who leave UCCS - 30 days from the inactive date set by the Office of the Registrar
- Alumni - 30 days from your date of graduation
- Faculty/Staff who leave UCCS - 30 days from last day worked set by Human Resources
- Retirees - 30 days from last day worked set by Human Resources
If you cannot access your data, and it is still within the 30 day time limit per above, please reach out to the OIT Service Desk for assistance.
