Department folders on Columbia are created by request. To request a new department share, please fill out the form at the following link: Request Form. Click on "Department (Columbia) Share Request".

Permissions for department shares are managed by the folder's owner. If you need access granted to a department share, please contact this individual for permission.

How Do I Change Or Stop This Service?How Do I Change Or Stop This Service?
Individual access can be stopped or changed by the shares manager. Access to the drive is also revoked once an account is deleted.
