Did you know that Cybersecurity is one of the top 10 fastest growing employment industries (median salary $100,000) and that the lack of trained Cybersecurity educators is slowing this growth? Per the NSA, “Education is the backbone of building strong cybersecurity professionals and informed citizens.”
We have an amazing opportunity to grow our cybersecurity education here at UCCS for our faculty, staff, alumni, current students, and friends by offering a $5000 grant for participants in the Cybersecurity Management Graduate Certificate. We have 40 of these grants available beginning this fall 2021 semester for any person pursuing this certificate. If you are a current full-time UCCS employee, you can finish the certificate in one year and pay no out-of-pocket expenses when used in conjunction with your tuition benefit.
