FAQs

Why was Parchment unavailable for parts of Thursday and Friday, May 7 and 8?

According to Instructure, the affected data was returned to Instructure by the unauthorized actor and it will not be released.
Is Canvas safe to use now?
According to Instructure, the incident has been contained and no further interruptions should take place.
Have all Canvas integrations been restored, too?
